Performs maintenance and installation work for overhead cranes and hoists, to continuously improve the reliability of responsible equipment.
Inspection and troubleshooting for overhead cranes and hoists, including tongs, lid manipulators, and other clamping devices.
Carry out PM and PdM works for cranes and hoists, collect and analyze equipment weaknesses, continuously contribute to a reliability centered maintenance, with feasible and low-cost solutions.
Support spare parts optimization, new project installations and commissioning works.
Care about responsible equipment, be in close contact with the end users, mechanical, fluids, and electrical colleagues, working together for continuously improving equipment availability and reliability.
Comply with managemental procedures, complete documentation works as per given requirement.
Carry out 6S activities for responsible equipment and area.
Be adhere to HSE regulations, keep learning for continuous improvement in HSE, quality and productivity
Support other maintenance works when required.
The performance of this work requires complex knowledge and skills, as they are typically acquired through at least 3 years of specialized vocational training and at least 2 years technical training, or 5 years of professional experience.
It is a must to have certificate for electrical, or mechanical maintenance on cranes. A certificate for welding works will be the best.
An open mindset as a team player is the key, and knowledge in MS software will be an advantage.
