    Assist the superior to implement the training plan and company activities

    协助上级完成公司培训计划和公司活动

    职责

    • Draft and Implement yearly training plan according to training needs & budget, ensure the training plan implement smoothly.

    根据年度培训需求,参与制定并执行公司年度培训计划,确保年度计划顺利实施。

    • Organize, implement and monitoring all kinds of training activitiesfollow up training results transferring and effectiveness.

                  组织并跟进公司各类培训活动;与各部门合作,采取措施进行培训成果的转化和效果跟踪。

    • Develop and manage internal and external training resources, enrich and optimize training realization way.

    开发和管理内外部培训资源,优化培训实施方式。

    • Maintain all training data and reports, participant in all kinds of audit related to training;

          记录和维护各类培训数据,完成培训相关报告;接受公司内外部机构审核顺利。

    • Organize the employee communication events and activities.

           组织员工沟通活动。

    • Support other personal development program.

    参与和支持其它人才发展项目

    任职资格

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) preferably in HR or English related.

    本科学历,人力资源或英语专业优先。

    • Around 2 years training management experience, familiar with operational training is preferred.

    两年左右培训管理实操经验,熟悉工厂类培训管理优先。

    • Possess good interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.     

                良好的人际理解力,良好的组织能力,良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。

    • Initiative, teamwork spirit, accountable and ownership.

    积极主动, 有团队精神, 有责任心和主人翁意识。

    • Strong learning capability , proactive and open on self-learning.
    • 较强的学习能力,主动自发的学习态度。
